For parts fabrication, we have a full machine shop including a CNC lathe and mill. Some parts, however, are beyond the scope of our shop. Luckily, Jackson, MI has a large industrial base which we can utilize. Dorle Industries, Inc., located half a mile away, fabricates parts for us on a regular basis.

Materials and parts are also obtained from local vendors whenever possible, while Motion Industries and Alro Steel have distribution centers a short distance away, and can supply us with anything we may need on short notice.

Assembly is accomplished by one of our skilled engineering technicians. However, as with parts fabrication, there is sometimes occasion to ship work out to a third party. Typically this is only done in the motor winding stage, which has many inherent difficulties that require an especially qualified winder. Two favorites of McCleer Power are Armatures, Inc. located in Farmington, MI, and Kent Motors, around the corner from us in Jackson, MI. Although Armatures, Inc. is not in the near vicinity of our location, they are close enough for a short-notice delivery or pick-up, and do some of the best work available worldwide.
